There are lots of Manual slicers out there that will slice hard products like onions and potatoes, but they don’t do a great job on soft products like ripe tomatoes. There are also great manual tomato slicers that work well, but they just can’t cut an onion.

That’s all about to change, Edlund introduces the ARC fruit and vegetable slicer.

The first slicer that can cut through an onion or potato with ease, then slice a very ripe tomato even better. Plus you never have to place the product directly on the blades. The unique Pusher/ Hopper allows safe and perfect positioning of the product to be sliced, as well as for loading smaller soft products like strawberries for faster bulk slicing. Our quick change blade cartridge with wash guard ensures safe handling.

The ARC is a great product and when compared with similar machines is a much better price, even Noah would be impressed.
