Fan assisted cooking with integral wet or dry Bain Marie for that complete serving station. Thermostatically controlled 0å¡ to 250å¡ C fan assisted convection oven that is economical to run.
With a Capacity in oven to cook 25 8 oz potatoes and to display 25 more. An average cooking time for 1 load of potatoes is 1 hour approx.
