Kitchen fridges, freezers and prep counters

Upright fridges and freezers include Hoshizaki Premier and K series, Foster EcoPro G3, True Refrigeration TGN, and Sterling Pro Cobus and Vantage, with capacities in litres shown in each product title. Polar U-Series offers counter fridges, chef bases, patisserie counters, dual temp drawer units and blast chillers. Atosa and True supply pizza prep counters, Williams Jade covers undercounter freezers, and Tefcold and Vestfrost make chest freezers. Display, bar and ice

For front of house, there are Tefcold glass door merchandisers, display freezers and ice cream display freezers, a Foster multideck, and Sterling Pro serve over counters. How to choose

• Check the capacity in litres, or bottle count for bar coolers, against how much stock you hold.
