The main changed to the current design include:

Cast iron front replaced with welded stainless steel fabrication - easier to clean than the current cast iron section

More powerful hob burners (6.1kw - NG and 5.7kw LPG)

New chassis design gives improved rigidity

New pan supports maintains the strength of the old design but are significantly lighter so easier to handel

Pan supports are now twins rather than individuals and locate securely into the hob top

Strengthened door hinges

Stronger mounting of castors and legs to reduce damage

Easier access for servicing
