Commercial Beverage Coolers also know as bottle coolers, wine coolers and display chillers are commonly found in bars, restaurants, hospitals and other commercial work areas. A refrigeration beverage cooler is a chilled storage cabinet with gravity shelving, most often commercial beverage coolers will have large glass doors at the front. The size of these refrigeration beverage coolers can vary in sizes of 20 - 600 liters in bottle capacity.

To keep the commercial beverage cooler at its required temperature a refrigeration process takes place which removes all the heat from the refrigeration beverage cooler when the doors are shut, the heat is then transferred out of the commercial beverage cooler and cold air keeps the beverages cooler then at the bar. Analogue thermostats are normally used on refrigeration beverage coolers to set the drinks cooler scale to colder or hotter, but on some commercial beverage coolers like refrigeration units a digital thermostat can be used to set the temperature. The commercial beverage coolers refrigeration process is not on all the time as it is not always necessary to be active when the refrigeration beverage cooler doors are shut keeping the cold air in and hot air out of the commercial beverage machine. Not opening the refrigeration beverage cooler doors every five minutes will save you money as the temperature can be maintained without extra cooling process from the refrigeration process of the commercial beverage machine.
