We run a small bar & pizzeria in London and had a good experience with Advantage Catering Equipment when we bought a fryer from them last year - unfortunately there was an issue but they arranged for an engineer to attend and fix the problem. Because of this, when our ice machine failed (not bought from Advantage), we looked to them for a replacement, attracted by the parts & labour warranty. To top it off, they arranged for next day delivery despite us missing the cut off time!

I own a convenience store business in Greater Manchester and have recently moved to new premises. I used this move as an opportunity to considerably expand my hot and cold food offerings. Advantage Catering Equipment were contacted first by email with a large list of equipment that I would be needing. They called me to discuss the items on the list with me which they did in some detail and were very thorough in making sure I understood the capabilities of the equipment selected. In 2015 Deal & Betteshanger rugby club, took a decision to substantially upgrade its kitchen facility to a full commercial kitchen status, to allow the club to offer upgraded kitchen and cooking facilities to the local community on an ongoing basis. We had a good experience a couple of years ago when we bought a glass washer from Advantage so naturally we went back to them when we needed a new dishwasher for the kitchen. Nick & the team remembered us, pulled out the stops and got us good terms from the supplier, early delivery and installation for the run up to Christmas. There was a misunderstanding over a 3-phase power supply, which was available in the building but not where the dishwasher was actually positioned and Advantage did everything in their power to help us sort the issue with minimum disadvantage to ourselves.
