It is available in Barley White and Duck Egg. Each dish is individually dipped, which means tonal variation between pieces is inherent to the process — no two are identical. Both colourways sit within the Siena range, which draws on the Stonecast palette to produce an artisan, natural aesthetic.

In a busy service environment, porcelain of this type performs reliably under the demands of repeated handling, commercial dishwashing, and frequent turnover. The straight-sided form keeps presentation consistent across a pass and stacks efficiently in storage, which matters when covers are high and turnaround is tight. The reactive glaze is durable in everyday service conditions, though as with all hand-finished tableware, some variation in surface depth and colour is normal and expected.

Hand-dipped reactive glaze gives each piece a genuinely individual finish

Straight-sided profile supports consistent presentation across a service

Porcelain construction suited to commercial dishwasher cycles

6oz capacity works well for small plates, sides, amuse-bouche, or tasting portions

Sold in packs of 12, practical for building or topping up covers

There are no specialist installation requirements — these are standard tableware pieces. The main practical consideration is storage: hand-dipped glazes can show contact marks if stacked without care, so sleeved or separated storage is worth considering for front-of-house sets where appearance is important. At 253g per piece, the dishes are a reasonable weight for their size.

This dish suits operators looking to add texture and visual interest to a table setting without moving away from a clean, contemporary shape. It works particularly well in casual dining, modern British, and farm-to-table concepts where an artisan aesthetic is part of the offer. For operations needing a simpler, more uniform finish, plainer options within the Nourish range may be a better fit.

If you're building a new tableware specification or mixing pieces across a range, the team is happy to talk through what works together in practice.

https://www.advantage-catering-equipment.co.uk/products/churchill-siena-nourish-straight-sided-dish-6oz-pack-of-12
