New 2019 Model with FFD ( Flame Failure Device ). This 15kW, 3 burner catering gas barbecue griddle is fabricated from heavy gauge carbon steel. Uses LP Gas. The four tubular legs fold up for transportation and the whole burner unit is pre-assembled for instant use.
- Ideal for all alfresco barbecue use including teppanyaki and mongolian barbecue cooking because of the flat griddle construction;
- Griddle Size: 1000mm x 610mm;
- Cooking Height: 850mm;
- Weight: 49kg;
- Cleans down in 2 minutes with a scraper;
- LPG hose and propane regulator supplied;
