VCC112L is ideal for restaurants cooking 50-100 meals at a time and has 2 x 25 Litre capacity cooking areas. It is designed to sit onto its own optional low level support table or can be built into a cooking suite onto a bespoke stand.

A no obligation site visit by ourselves or a Rational rep is strongly advised to assess your precise needs and recommend the correct machine for your business.
The L model is available as either dynamlc power allowing the machine to operate at 28kW or reduced to 21kW, or as the standard model which is fixed at 28kW.
Each of these models has an optional integrated hose at no additional cost which should be requested if needed.
