steelite-aurora-revolution-jade-round-stacking-trays-pack-of-12
Steelite Aurora Revolution Jade Round Stacking Trays (Pack of 12)

The Steelite Aurora Revolution Jade round stacking trays and plates are part of Steelite's Aurora range, which uses reactive glazes applied in combination to produce natural variation in colour and tone across the jade finish. No two pieces are entirely identical, which is a deliberate characteristic of the range rather than a fault. Available in five sizes: 75mm, 100mm, 135mm, 165mm and 202mm. The smaller sizes suit amuse-bouche, tasting portions, sides and petit fours, while the larger sizes suit starters, desserts and side dishes.

They are made from alumina vitrified ceramic, a material widely used in commercial tableware for its durability and resistance to chipping and crazing under everyday service conditions. It is more chip-resistant than standard vitrified china, which matters when pieces are stacked, racked and run through commercial dishwashers several times a day. The stacking profile keeps storage compact on a busy pass or in a service area.

The Aurora collection is designed to be backwards compatible with both the Revolution and Vesuvius ranges, so operators already running either collection can introduce Aurora pieces without creating a mismatched table.

Reactive glaze finish adds visual character without elaborate plating

Stackable form keeps pass and storage space organised during service

Alumina vitrified ceramic construction handles commercial dishwasher cycles

Compatible with Revolution and Vesuvius ranges

Sold in a pack of 12, suitable for building stock or replacing breakages

Worth knowing: most commercial rack and conveyor dishwashers handle reactive-glazed ceramics without issue, but a high-alkalinity detergent used excessively over time can gradually dull reactive glaze finishes.

These pieces suit restaurants, hotels and private dining operations looking to add visual texture to their table presentation. If you are building a larger tableware programme or are unsure which size suits your menu, the team is happy to talk it through before you order.

https://www.advantage-catering-equipment.co.uk/products/steelite-aurora-revolution-jade-round-stacking-trays-pack-of-12
