The EVO2525 has been designed with heavy use in mind, efficiency with this range comes as standard with the tank design to lengthen oil usage with a cool zone to help separate burnt deposits. The pans are constructed out of pressed single stainless steel. Thanks to its smooth and rounded construction, the fryer is much more hygienic and easier to clean than units with welded and fixed joints.
