Valentine EVO200 Single Pan Electric Fryer

Product No: EVO200

Product Description

From Valentine's Evolution range, the EVO200 is a heavy duty electric free standing fryer.

With a tank capacity of 7-8 litres that has an output of up to 23kg of chips per hour. Perfect for a wide variety of situations from small gastro pub to the largest hotel as part of a cook line.

The EVO200 has been designed with heavy use in mind, efficiency with this range comes as standard with the tank, designed with a smaller cool zone to reduce oil usage. This also helps keep the high output rate and quality that Valentine fryers are known for. With the savings in oil and energy, this makes the EVO200 one of the most efficient units around.

The pans are pressed out of one single sheet of stainless steel, giving a smooth and rounded construction which makes them more hygienic and easy to clean. Also, as there are no weld joints, Valentine give a 20 year pan guarantee against cracks or leaks.

The fryer is supplied with one single basket, adjustable legs, primary filtration and folding lid which stores away behind the door.
