The dual concentric hob burners focus their flame to provide consistent heating of pans of various sizes and materials. This powerful design allows the hob to deal with the strain of heavy, commercial use without sacrificing cooking quality. Plus, reinforced cast iron supports are able to hold even the heaviest of pots and pans without flexing - providing excellent stability to reduce the risk of spills.

The oven itself features a 6kW, dual-fan interior that pushes warm air throughout the inner cavity and cook items across all shelf heights uniformly. This results in consistent oven-cooked meals, whilst ensuring a high output of food to deal with busy services.

Alongside its performance, the oven features impressive capacity. Able to hold up to six, 1/1 GN pans, the Lincat oven can cook multiple dishes at a time - coping with the demands of school canteens, buffet services or busy restaurants. Additionally, easy-to-use and heavy-duty dials allow you to individually control each burner and adjust the oven temperature between 130°C and 265°C with expert precision.
