⏰ When Will My Items Be Delivered?

  • Most items are delivered next working day, depending on the time the order is placed.

  • Larger items may take 2–5 working days, while fabricated items such as stainless steel tables are made to order and can take a few weeks.

  • Delivery companies may not always call or book in advance. While many will attempt contact, this is not guaranteed.

  • Deliveries usually occur between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, so it’s important someone is available to sign and check for damage.

  • If you have any concerns or need a more accurate delivery window, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


🚪 Will the Item Fit Through the Door?

  • Always check all access points from the pavement to the final location.

  • Measure the item dimensions and your doorways before ordering.

  • Failed deliveries due to size issues may incur a charge of up to 25%.


💪 Will the Delivery Driver Help?

  • Items are usually delivered by national couriers.

  • Drivers may help move equipment into premises but are not obliged to and may not be insured to enter beyond certain areas.

📦 On Receipt of Your Order

  1. Check the packaging for damage while the driver is present.

  2. If damage is visible, ask the driver to wait while inspecting the contents.

  3. If the driver cannot wait, note the damage on the delivery note or refuse delivery.

  4. Report any visible damage immediately, as most couriers will not accept claims after 48 hours.

  5. Even if the delivery note is signed as unchecked, unpack and check within 24–48 hours.

  6. Take photos of damaged packaging for reference and insurance claims.

  • Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days at the buyer’s expense.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus delivery costs.

  • A restock fee up to 25% may apply if charged by suppliers.

  • Cancelled orders prior to dispatch may incur credit card merchant fees (2–3%), which will be clearly detailed.
