Valentine TF13 Single Pan Electric Fryer

Product No: TF13

Product Description

Valentine's TF13 is a heavy duty electric Table Top fryer.

With a tank capacity of 13 litres that has great recovery time and throughput. Perfect for a wide variety of situation from small gastro pub to the largest hotel as part of a cook line.

The TF13 has been designed as a three part fryer. The control unit, tank and chassis. Both the tank and chassis can be washed in a commercial dishwasher. Efficiency with this range comes as standard with the tank design to lengthen oil usage with a cool zone to help separate burnt deposits. This also helps keep the high output rate and quality that Valentine fryers are known for. With the reduction of oil and heat, this makes the TF13 one of the most efficient units around.

The pan is constructed out of pressed single stainless steel. Thanks to its smooth and rounded construction, the fryer is much more hygienic and easier to clean than units with welded and fixed joints.

It is also supplied with one single basket, adjustable legs, primary filtration a folding lid and of course storage behind the front door.

Valentine were introduced to the UK market in 1956 with a huge range of catering equipment. During this time there has been continued innovation, research and development by Valentine in Switzerland and Valentine Equipment in the UK. The Valentine brand is recognized globally and is used by all sectors of the hospitality and food service markets.
