These Die-Pat chrome plated pillar taps are a straightforward, dependable choice for commercial sink installations. Fitted with lever handles and a quarter-turn ceramic disc cartridge, they deliver fast, positive on/off control with minimal effort — a practical consideration in any busy catering environment where hands may be wet, gloved, or occupied.
The ceramic disc mechanism is well regarded in commercial kitchens for its longevity and smooth operation. Unlike traditional rubber-washer taps, ceramic disc cartridges resist the repeated cycling that comes with high-frequency use across a working day, and they are less prone to dripping over time. The lever format also makes the taps straightforward to operate cleanly in line with food hygiene practice.
From a practical standpoint, these taps offer several advantages for catering operations:
- Quarter-turn action reduces fatigue and speeds up use during busy service periods
- Lever handles support hygienic wrist or arm operation where required
- Chrome finish is easy to wipe down and maintain in a kitchen environment
- WRAS approval confirms compliance with UK Water Regulations for commercial installation
- Standard half-inch connection suits most commercial sink and basin fittings
WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approval is an important consideration for commercial premises. It confirms the product meets UK water fittings regulations and is suitable for connection to the mains supply — something that may be required by your water supplier or during a premises inspection. If you are unsure whether your existing plumbing configuration is compatible, it is worth confirming connection sizes and supply pressure with your plumber before ordering.
These taps are well suited to prep sinks, hand wash basins, and utility sinks across a range of catering settings — from small café kitchens to larger contract catering operations. If you have a specific installation in mind or want to confirm suitability, our team is happy to assist before you place an order.
£174.00(£208.80 inc VAT)
This is a wall-mounted, dual-feed pre-rinse spray unit designed for commercial sink stations. It combines a monobloc tap body with a flexible goose-neck rinse arm, giving the operator independent control of hot and cold water alongside a dedicated spray function for rinsing crockery, pots, and food preparation surfaces. WRAS approval confirms the unit meets UK water regulations — a requirement for any fixture connected to the mains in a commercial kitchen.
In a working kitchen, a pre-rinse arm is a practical tool rather than an optional extra. It speeds up the pre-wash stage before dishwashing, reduces food residue build-up in the sink bowl, and keeps the pot wash area moving during busy service. The quarter-turn lever taps with ceramic cartridges operate quickly under repeated daily use and hold up reliably without dripping or stiffening over time.
- WRAS approved for compliant mains connection in commercial premises
- Quarter-turn ceramic cartridge taps for fast, consistent operation
- Spring-action goose-neck hose for controlled reach and easy positioning
- Lever-operated spray gun for variable rinse pressure at the point of use
- Pre-assembled unit with adjustable wall bracket included for straightforward fitting
Installation requires hot and cold water feeds and a wall surface capable of supporting the bracket. The adjustable bracket gives some flexibility on positioning, though placement should be planned around the sink bowl and drainage to avoid splash issues. This unit is suited to standard sink station use — for high-volume dishwash induction points, a heavier-duty pre-rinse column may be more appropriate.
It is a sensible choice for small to mid-sized kitchens, cafés, pub kitchens, and sandwich or prep operations where a reliable, regulation-compliant rinse point is needed without the complexity of a full column system. If you would like to talk through whether this suits your sink setup or water supply configuration, we are glad to help before you place an order.
£222.00(£266.40 inc VAT)
The Mechline AquaJet AJPR20-SH is a deck-mounted pre-rinse spray tap designed for pot wash and dishwash stations in commercial kitchens. It uses a single pedestal with twin monobloc water feed connections, lever controls for hot and cold mixing, and a standard spray gun on a flexible hose. The result is a directed, controllable rinse action that working pot wash stations depend on during continuous service.
At the pot wash, a pre-rinse spray is among the hardest-used fittings in the kitchen — handled constantly, often by multiple staff across a shift, with little tolerance for delay or fuss. The lever controls on the AquaJet allow single-handed adjustment of temperature and flow, which matters when staff are moving at pace. The short-style neck keeps spray contained within the sink bowl rather than overshooting, which is particularly useful where overhead clearance is limited or sink bays are compact. A focused spray that efficiently shifts food residue before items enter the dishwasher also reduces the load on each wash cycle, which over time can contribute to lower chemical use and energy consumption.
- Deck-mounted twin monobloc design suits most standard sink station setups
- Lever controls allow rapid, one-handed flow and temperature adjustment
- Short-style neck keeps spray contained in lower-clearance or compact sink bays
- Standard spray gun delivers focused rinse action for efficient pre-scraping
- WRAS approved for compliance with UK water regulations in commercial premises
Installation requires a deck-mounted surface with sufficient thickness to accept the monobloc fitting, along with hot and cold supply connections at standard half-inch male fittings. This is a spray-only unit — there is no bowl filler on this configuration. If your station also requires a fill function, a different configuration within the AquaJet range is worth considering before you order. The WRAS approval is particularly relevant for new installations where building control or water authority sign-off is required.
This unit is well suited to cafés, pubs, school kitchens, care homes, and similar small to medium operations where a reliable, compliant pre-rinse spray is the priority. For very high-volume pot wash areas running continuous back-to-back service, a heavier-duty configuration may be a better fit for the demand placed on it.
If you are unsure whether this configuration suits your sink setup, water supply arrangement, or installation requirements, our team is glad to talk it through before you commit.
£52.13(£62.56 inc VAT)
The Mechline AquaTechnix TX-500BL are a pair of deck-mounted basin taps supplied with 3-inch lever handles and a half-inch water connection. Sold as a pair for separate hot and cold feeds, they are designed for single-hole pedestal mounting and suit standard commercial basin installations in kitchen and washroom environments.
In a commercial setting, tap fittings take considerably more daily use than their domestic counterparts — frequently operated with wet or gloved hands, often knocked rather than turned, and rarely given the care a domestic user might apply. The lever format on these taps is well suited to that kind of working environment. Levers are quicker to operate and easier to manage under load than knurled or crosshead fittings, which is a practical consideration in any busy kitchen ancillary or staff washroom.
From an operational standpoint, the key practical advantages are straightforward:
- WRAS approval confirms compliance with Water Regulations Advisory Scheme requirements — relevant where local authority inspections apply
- Half-inch BSP connections are the standard fitting in most UK commercial plumbing installations, simplifying replacement or retrofit
- Deck mounting with a single-hole pedestal suits most commercial basin types without modification
- Lever handles allow quick, single-handed operation — useful in food preparation areas where hygiene protocols restrict prolonged contact
Installation is straightforward for any competent plumber familiar with commercial basin fitting. Standard half-inch supply connections mean these taps will seat directly onto most existing commercial basin infrastructure without adaptors. As with any tap replacement in a food business, it is worth confirming with your local water authority or environmental health officer that WRAS-approved fittings satisfy any site-specific requirements.
These taps are well suited to staff handwashing basins, ancillary sink stations, and welfare facilities in commercial kitchens, catering operations, and food production environments. They are a practical, compliant choice for straightforward basin installations. If you require sensor-operated, thermostatic, or higher-flow tap solutions for busier or more specialist applications, alternatives are available within the range.
If you are unsure whether these taps are the right specification for your basin or installation, our team is happy to talk it through before you order.
£306.00(£367.20 inc VAT)
The Mechline AquaJet AJPR40-ST-BF2-S is a panel-mounted pre-rinse spray unit designed for commercial sink stations. It combines a standard spray gun with a 300mm bowl filler on a twin pedestal, fed by twin half-inch female water connections. WRAS approval confirms the unit meets UK water regulations, which is a mandatory requirement for any commercial food service installation.
Pre-rinse units like this are a practical fixture in warewashing areas. Kitchen staff can rinse plates, pans, and gastronorm containers quickly before they go through a dishwasher or glasswasher, keeping throughput moving during busy service. The lever controls allow one-handed operation without interrupting workflow, and the twin-feed configuration helps maintain consistent pressure at the spray head. Having the bowl filler integrated into the same unit removes the need for a separate tap, which keeps the sink station tidier and frees up deck space.
- WRAS approved for compliant installation across UK commercial premises
- Lever-operated spray gun allows quick, one-handed rinsing during service
- 300mm bowl filler integrated alongside the spray gun on one unit
- Twin pedestal panel-mount suits most standard commercial sink configurations
- Twin half-inch female connections keep plumbing straightforward
Installation is panel-mounted directly onto the sink deck or work surface. You will need twin hot and cold supplies with half-inch female connections already in place. It is also worth checking your incoming water pressure before fitting — low-pressure supplies can limit spray gun performance, which is a common issue worth confirming with your plumber at the planning stage.
This unit is well suited to small and medium commercial kitchen sink stations, café and pub kitchens, staff canteens, and similar environments where a combined spray and fill function adds practical value. For higher-throughput warewashing areas with more intensive daily demands, a heavier-duty configuration may be a better long-term choice.
If you would like to talk through whether this unit suits your sink setup or water supply before going ahead, the team is happy to help.
£29.73(£35.68 inc VAT)
These Die-Pat chrome plated pillar taps are a 1/2 inch pair fitted with Tricon cross-head handles, designed for use on commercial catering sinks and basins. WRAS approval confirms that the fittings meet UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme standards, making them suitable for installation in food service and catering environments where compliance with water fittings regulations is a practical requirement rather than an optional extra.
Pillar taps of this type are a reliable, straightforward choice for handwash basins, utility sinks, and prep sinks in commercial kitchens. The Tricon head design is familiar to most plumbers and maintenance teams, which makes servicing and washer replacement straightforward without specialist parts. The chrome plated finish is easy to wipe down and holds up well in typical kitchen conditions, though like all chrome fittings it benefits from regular wiping to prevent limescale build-up in hard water areas.
Key practical points worth noting before purchase:
- WRAS approved for compliant installation in commercial food service premises
- Standard 1/2 inch inlet connections suit most UK commercial sink and basin fittings
- Tricon cross-head design — easy for maintenance teams to service and re-washer
- Chrome plated finish wipes clean and suits standard catering sink installations
- Supplied as a pair — suitable for hot and cold supply on a single basin or sink
These taps are well suited to handwash basins, single or double bowl prep sinks, and utility areas in catering kitchens. They are a practical, compliant choice for operators fitting out a new kitchen or replacing ageing fittings on an existing installation. If you have any questions about compatibility with your existing sink or plumbing setup, our team is happy to help you confirm the right fit before you order.
£220.00(£264.00 inc VAT)
This deck-mounted monobloc combines a pre-rinse spray arm and a 12" bowl-filling tap in a single fitting. WRAS approval confirms the unit meets UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme standards — a requirement for any equipment connected to the mains water supply in a commercial food environment. The unit arrives pre-assembled, which reduces installation time and removes the risk of on-site assembly errors.
In a working kitchen, the pre-rinse station is one of the hardest-worked points in the pot wash or dishwash area. The spray arm allows staff to clear plates, pots, trays, and utensils quickly before loading them into a dishwasher or glasswasher, helping to protect spray arms from debris and extending the intervals between full machine cleaning cycles. Having the bowl-filling tap integrated into the same deck fitting means the station handles both rinsing and filling duties without a second penetration in the sink deck.
For day-to-day operation, the main practical advantages are:
- WRAS approval satisfies water byelaw compliance requirements for commercial installations
- Pre-assembled design simplifies installation and reduces plumber preparation time
- Combined fitting reduces the number of deck penetrations required
- Flexible hose and wall bracket included, ready for connection to hot and cold supplies
- Deck-mounted format suits standard commercial sink fabrications
The unit requires a suitable pre-drilled deck hole of the correct diameter in the sink or fabrication it is fitted to. Hot and cold supplies must be accessible beneath the deck for the flexible hose connections. Installation should be carried out by a qualified plumber with experience of commercial water fittings. For single-sink or pot wash stations this is a straightforward solution, but very high-throughput sites running multiple rinse stations continuously may find a heavier-duty or wall-mounted configuration more appropriate for their demands.
This unit is well suited to cafés, pub kitchens, small to medium restaurants, and contract catering sites where a reliable, compliant everyday pre-rinse station is needed without unnecessary complexity. If you are fitting out a new sink station or replacing an existing unit and want to confirm it is the right choice for your setup, the team is happy to talk it through with you beforehand.
£44.25(£53.10 inc VAT)
The Mechline CaterTap WRCT-500MD is a deck-mounted mixer tap designed for commercial kitchen and catering environments. It combines hot and cold feeds through a single spout, controlled by twin dome-head levers, and features a swivel spout that allows the water flow to be directed across the sink bowl as needed. The half-inch connection is standard for the majority of UK commercial plumbing supplies.
In day-to-day kitchen use, a reliable mixer tap at the pot wash or preparation sink takes a considerable amount of punishment — repeated handling by multiple staff members, exposure to cleaning chemicals, and near-constant use during service. The CaterTap range from Mechline is built with commercial settings in mind rather than light domestic use, and the dome head controls are a practical choice where ease of operation matters, including use with wet or gloved hands.
Key practical points worth noting:
- WRAS approved, confirming compliance with UK water regulations for commercial installation
- Swivel spout adds flexibility across wider sink bowls or twin-bowl configurations
- Dome head controls are straightforward to operate and simple to clean around
- Deck-mounted fitting suits the majority of standard catering sinks with pre-drilled tap holes
- Twin-feed mixer format allows temperature adjustment at the point of use
From an installation standpoint, this tap requires a deck with an appropriate hole diameter to accept the fitting, along with accessible hot and cold half-inch supplies. It is worth confirming your existing pipework connections and deck thickness before ordering, particularly on older sinks where hole sizes can vary. A qualified plumber should carry out the installation to ensure the WRAS approval remains valid.
This tap is well suited to small to medium commercial kitchens, cafés, delis, and food preparation areas where a straightforward, compliant mixer tap is needed at a sink station. For very high-throughput sites or applications requiring sensor operation or pre-rinse capability, a different tap type may be more appropriate.
If you are unsure whether this model fits your sink configuration or water supply setup, we are happy to help you work through the details before you order.
£48.74(£58.49 inc VAT)
This Die-Pat deck-mounted sink mixer tap is a straightforward, dependable fitting designed for commercial kitchen and catering environments. It mounts directly to the sink or worktop deck, combines hot and cold feeds through a single spout, and is operated via a pair of three-inch levers that are practical to use even with wet or gloved hands. The swivel spout allows the flow to be directed across different areas of the sink basin, which is useful where washing tasks vary throughout service.
In a working kitchen, reliability and ease of use under constant daily cycling matter more than specification novelty. This tap is built to a commercial standard with a chrome-plated finish that holds up to regular cleaning with standard catering-grade products. The lever handles reduce the effort required during busy periods and are straightforward to replace or service if needed over time.
Practical benefits for kitchen operators include:
- WRAS approval confirms compliance with UK Water Regulations for commercial installation
- Lever operation is practical with wet or gloved hands during service
- Swivel spout adds flexibility across different sink tasks
- Chrome finish is straightforward to wipe down and keep hygienic
- Deck-mount configuration suits most standard commercial sink setups
Installation requires a standard half-inch water supply connection and a suitable deck or sink surface with an appropriate hole size. As with any tap fitting in a commercial kitchen, the installation should comply with local water bylaws and, where required, be carried out by a qualified plumber. WRAS approval means the product meets the requirements for use on mains-connected water systems in the UK, which is a consideration worth confirming with your water supplier or building inspector if you are fitting into a regulated environment.
This tap suits most small-to-medium commercial kitchens, café prep areas, and back-of-house wash stations where a reliable, no-fuss mixer fitting is needed. For higher-demand environments with multiple users or where a longer reach or additional flow capacity would help, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty or wall-mounted alternative might be more appropriate for the specific setup.
If you are unsure whether this fitting is right for your sink configuration or water supply setup, the team is happy to talk it through before you order.
£22.69(£27.23 inc VAT)
These Die-Pat chrome-plated basin taps are a straightforward ½" pair fitted with 3" levers, designed for use on commercial sinks and hand-wash basins. WRAS approval confirms they meet Water Regulations Advisory Scheme requirements, which is a practical necessity for any commercial kitchen, food preparation area, or catering environment where compliance with water fittings regulations is expected.
The lever handles make operation easy in a kitchen setting, where staff may have wet or gloved hands. Chrome plating gives a clean, professional appearance that holds up well in catering environments and is straightforward to wipe down as part of routine hygiene routines.
These taps are well suited to:
- Commercial hand-wash basins in kitchen and prep areas
- Utility sinks in catering and hospitality settings
- Replacement or new-fit installations requiring WRAS-compliant fittings
- Sites where lever-operated taps are specified for hygiene or accessibility reasons
As with any tap installation, it is worth confirming compatibility with your existing pipework and sink configuration before ordering. If you are fitting to a sink with non-standard centres, or if the installation is part of a larger sink fit-out, it is sensible to check the specifics beforehand.
If you have questions about suitability for a particular installation or need to discuss tap options across a wider project, the team is happy to help.
£180.00(£216.00 inc VAT)
This twin pillar pre-rinse spray unit is built for pot wash and preparation sinks in commercial kitchens. Rather than mounting through the sink deck, it fixes to the wall via an adjustable bracket — a practical arrangement where the sink surface is already occupied or where a more secure, stable fixing point is preferred. WRAS approval confirms the unit meets UK water regulations for connection to the mains supply, which is a compliance requirement in virtually all commercial premises.
In a working kitchen, a pre-rinse unit takes constant, rough-and-ready use throughout service. The quarter-turn lever taps with ceramic cartridges handle that well — they operate quickly under wet or gloved hands and hold up better over time than conventional washer-based designs. The spring-action gooseneck keeps the hose returned to a set position between uses, reducing trailing hose hazards in a busy sink area. The lever spray gun allows controlled, one-handed rinsing, which matters when the other hand is managing crockery or cookware.
- WRAS approved for compliant mains connection in commercial premises
- Ceramic cartridge quarter-turn levers for reliable, low-maintenance operation
- Spring-action gooseneck manages hose position during busy service
- Lever spray gun for controlled, one-handed rinsing
- Adjustable wall bracket included for flexible positioning
The unit arrives pre-assembled, which reduces time on site. Connection to the water supply should be carried out by a qualified plumber. The adjustable wall bracket accommodates most standard sink configurations, making this a straightforward fit for cafés, pub kitchens, school canteens, and similar environments. For very high-throughput pot wash areas running extended shifts, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty rinse setup would be more appropriate for the workload.
If you want to check this suits your existing sink arrangement before ordering, the team is happy to talk it through.
£21.90(£26.28 inc VAT)
These Die-Pat basin taps are a straightforward, practical fitting for commercial catering environments. Supplied as a pair with traditional crosshead handles and a chrome plated finish, they are designed to meet the everyday demands of a working kitchen or back-of-house washroom. WRAS approval confirms the fittings meet UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme standards, which is a requirement in many commercial and food service premises.
In a catering context, tap fittings take considerable daily use — repeated on/off cycling, contact with wet hands, and occasional impact from busy service periods. The chrome plated finish holds up well under routine cleaning with standard catering detergents, and the crosshead design gives operators a firm, positive grip even in wet conditions.
- WRAS approved for compliance with UK water regulations
- Crosshead handles offer reliable grip during busy service
- Chrome plated finish suits stainless steel sinks and preparation areas
- Half-inch BSP connection is standard across most commercial sink installations
- Supplied as a matched pair for consistent appearance across a run of sinks
These taps are well suited to staff washbasins, utility sinks, and preparation areas in smaller catering operations, cafés, pubs, and similar settings. They are not specified for high-pressure or pot wash applications where a heavier-duty lever or spray tap would typically be more appropriate. If you are fitting multiple sinks or have specific water pressure or pipework considerations, it is worth checking compatibility before ordering.
If you are unsure whether these taps suit your particular installation, the team is happy to talk through the specifics with you.
£155.00(£186.00 inc VAT)
This is a single-feed pre rinse spray arm unit designed for commercial sink stations. It combines a quarter-turn lever tap with a ceramic cartridge, a spring-action goose neck, and a hand-held spray gun on a flexible hose — the standard configuration for rinsing crockery, pots, and trays before they enter a dishwasher or glasswasher. WRAS approval confirms the unit meets UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme requirements, which is a prerequisite for mains-connected installation in any commercial premises.
In a working kitchen, a pre rinse unit takes considerable daily punishment. The ceramic cartridge delivers smooth, consistent quarter-turn operation that holds up reliably under repeated use throughout a busy service. The spring-action goose neck keeps the hose clear of the work surface and returns it to a neutral position between uses — a small detail that matters in a pot wash area where workflow and tidiness both count. The unit arrives pre-assembled, and the adjustable wall bracket offers some flexibility when fitting to existing sink structures or varied wall positions.
- WRAS approved for compliant mains water connection in commercial premises
- Ceramic cartridge tap for reliable, long-lasting quarter-turn operation
- Spring goose neck keeps hose tidy and reduces clutter at the sink
- Pre-assembled to reduce installation time on site
- Adjustable wall bracket accommodates varied sink and wall configurations
This unit is well suited to small and medium kitchens with a single sink station. Sites running high-throughput dishwash operations or multiple sink positions may find a heavier-duty or dual-feed configuration more appropriate. Before ordering, it is worth checking the wall bracket reach and hose length against your sink depth and wall-to-sink distance to confirm the fit is right for your setup.
If you are unsure whether this unit suits your sink arrangement or water supply, we are happy to talk it through.
£24.48(£29.38 inc VAT)
These Die-Pat pillar taps are a straightforward, reliable choice for commercial sink and basin installations. Supplied as a pair with traditional crosshead handles and a chrome plated finish, they are the type of fitting commonly specified across catering kitchens, prep areas, and back-of-house washrooms where simplicity and durability are more important than complexity.
In a commercial kitchen environment, taps take considerably more wear than their domestic equivalents — frequent on-off cycling, cleaning chemical exposure, and heavy-handed use during a busy service. Chrome plated pillar taps of this type are well suited to that environment, offering a robust construction that holds up under daily operational demand without requiring significant maintenance.
Practical advantages for kitchen operators include:
- WRAS approval confirms compliance with Water Regulations Advisory Scheme requirements
- Chrome plated finish resists corrosion and is straightforward to wipe clean
- Crosshead handles allow firm operation even with wet or gloved hands
- 1/2" BSP thread suits standard UK commercial plumbing fitments
- Sold as a pair, covering hot and cold supply in a single purchase
Installation is straightforward for any qualified plumber familiar with commercial sink or basin work. The 1/2" pillar fitting is a standard UK commercial specification, making these compatible with most fabricated stainless steel sinks and wall-mounted basins. Confirm your sink's tap hole size and spacing before ordering, as sink specifications vary between manufacturers.
These taps are well suited to lower-throughput hand wash basins, prep sinks, and utility areas. For high-volume pot wash or heavy-duty sink runs where a mixer or spray arm configuration would improve workflow, it is worth exploring other options before committing.
If you are fitting out a new sink run or replacing existing taps and want to make sure these are the right fit for your setup, the team is happy to help.
£21.90(£26.28 inc VAT)
These Die-Pat basin taps are a standard ½ inch pair finished in chrome plate and fitted with Tricon cross-head handles. They carry WRAS approval, meaning they meet the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme requirements for use in commercial premises connected to the mains water supply — a practical necessity for any site subject to environmental health or building regulations compliance.
In a commercial kitchen context, basin taps of this type are typically used at handwash basins and utility sinks rather than at high-demand prep or pot wash positions. They are straightforward, reliable fittings that suit sites looking for a compliant, easy-to-source tap without unnecessary complexity. The chrome finish is durable under regular daily use and simple to wipe down as part of routine cleaning.
- WRAS approved for mains-connected commercial installations
- Standard ½ inch fitting suits common basin and sink configurations
- Chrome plate finish is practical and easy to keep clean
- Tricon cross-head handles are familiar and straightforward to operate
- Sold as a pair — hot and cold supplied together
Installation is straightforward for any competent plumber familiar with standard basin tap configurations. The ½ inch thread is a common size, but it is worth confirming compatibility with your existing sink or basin before ordering, particularly on older or imported equipment where thread standards can vary.
These taps are well suited to staff handwash stations, back-of-house utility areas, and smaller catering operations where a reliable, code-compliant tap is needed without the higher flow rates of a dedicated catering sink tap. For busier prep sinks or pot wash areas with higher throughput demands, a heavier-duty catering tap may be more appropriate.
If you are unsure whether these taps are the right fit for your sink setup or installation requirements, the team is happy to help you confirm before you order.
£228.00(£273.60 inc VAT)
This is a deck-mounted pre-rinse unit that combines a spring-action goose-neck spray arm with a lever-operated rose shower head and a separate bowl-filling tap, both sharing the same deck fixing. It carries WRAS approval, meaning it meets UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme standards for direct connection to mains water supplies in commercial premises. The unit arrives pre-assembled, which removes a reasonable amount of installation complexity at the sink station.
At a busy ware-wash station, a pre-rinse unit is one of the hardest-worked fittings in the kitchen. It handles food debris rinsing from crockery, pots, and trays ahead of the dishwasher, fills sinks during ongoing wash cycles, and supports general station clean-down throughout a full service. Quarter-turn ceramic cartridge taps respond quickly under repeated daily use and are straightforward to service when a cartridge eventually needs attention. The spring-action goose-neck keeps the hose under control between uses, which matters in a tight sink area where a trailing hose creates a practical hazard.
- WRAS approval for compliant direct mains connection in commercial premises
- Pre-assembled unit reduces fitting time and complexity at the sink station
- Quarter-turn ceramic cartridge taps for fast, reliable flow control
- Spring-action goose-neck with rose head for thorough pre-rinse coverage
- Adjustable wall bracket included to manage hose positioning during use
Because this is a deck-mounted unit, it requires a sink with appropriate fixing holes at the correct centres. If you are retrofitting to an existing sink, confirm deck thickness and hole spacing before ordering. WRAS approval means it can typically be connected directly to the mains without a secondary backflow device where regulations permit, though your installer should confirm local requirements. Water connections should be made by a competent plumber.
This unit suits café, restaurant, pub kitchen, and canteen environments where a reliable, compliant pre-rinse setup is needed without unnecessary complexity. For sites running very high continuous dishwasher throughput, it is worth considering whether a more heavy-duty spray unit would better match the workload.
If you are not sure whether this configuration fits your existing sink or water supply arrangement, we are happy to talk it through before you commit to an order.
£152.00(£182.40 inc VAT)
The Dormont Aquajet is a wall-mounted pre-rinse spray unit designed for heavy use in commercial pot wash and warewashing areas. It consists of a single water feed assembly with a heavy-duty angled hose, spray gun, and built-in restraining wire. The unit supplies water through a large bore hose, which supports a strong, consistent spray pattern suitable for shifting food residue quickly from pots, pans, and service ware before they enter the dishwasher.
In a busy kitchen, a pre-rinse unit takes a considerable amount of punishment. The Aquajet is built to withstand that day-to-day pressure. The restraining wire is a practical detail worth noting — it limits how far the hose can be pulled, which reduces wear on the connection points and keeps the gun away from standing water in the sink, helping to maintain hygiene standards over time. When fitted with an appropriate mixing valve, it is also suitable for use with a mixed hot and cold water supply, which is a common requirement in most commercial installations.
Key operational advantages include:
- Large bore hose delivers strong spray coverage for effective pre-rinsing
- Integral restraining wire reduces hose wear and limits overstretching
- Gun hook included for safe, hygienic storage between uses
- Meets WRc backflow prevention requirements for UK installations
- Easy to strip down for routine cleaning and servicing
Installation is straightforward for a qualified plumber. The unit requires a wall mounting point and a water supply connection; a mixing valve is needed separately if a blended water feed is required. The compact footprint means it fits within a standard pot wash bay without impeding workflow, though it is worth confirming the wall fixing position suits your sink configuration before installation.
This unit is well suited to cafés, pub kitchens, school canteens, and smaller restaurant operations where a reliable, easy-to-maintain pre-rinse station is needed. For larger sites running continuous dishwasher cycles with very high throughput, a higher-capacity pre-rinse arrangement may be worth considering. If you are unsure which specification best fits your setup, the team is happy to talk it through before you order.
£139.00(£166.80 inc VAT)
The Vogue Monobloc Pre-Rinse Spray is a single-body, mixer-tap pre-rinse unit designed for use at commercial dishwash and pot wash stations. It combines a spring-action gooseneck rinse arm with a ceramic cartridge mixer tap in one unit, fed from a single hot and cold water supply. The ceramic cartridge controls water temperature and flow and is chosen specifically because it resists the drip and leak issues that cheaper washer-based valves develop under frequent daily use.
In a working kitchen, a pre-rinse station takes considerable punishment — constant cycling through a service period, exposure to food debris, grease, and regular cleaning chemicals. The gooseneck arm returns to rest position automatically, which keeps the station tidy during busy service and reduces the chance of the spray head sitting in standing water on the sink deck. The ceramic cartridge holds up well under this kind of repeated use without the gradual degradation in control that worn rubber washers produce.
Practical advantages for day-to-day operation include:
- Single water feed simplifies plumbing — one mixer tap rather than two separate inlets
- Ceramic cartridge reduces maintenance calls and dripping taps during service
- Spring-return gooseneck keeps the spray head clear of the sink bowl between uses
- Compact monobloc body suits tighter sink deck installations
- Robust build tolerates the pace of a high-turnover dishwash area
Installation requires a standard hot and cold supply fed to a single monobloc body. The unit is suited to countertop or sink-deck mounting and is a practical fit for most commercial sink configurations. It is worth confirming your existing water pressure is appropriate for pre-rinse use before installation, as very low pressure can affect spray performance.
This unit is well suited to small to medium-sized operations — cafés, pub kitchens, school or care catering facilities, and similar — where a reliable, low-maintenance pre-rinse tap is needed without the complexity of a wall-mounted dual-feed system. Busier high-volume operations processing large numbers of covers continuously may want to consider a heavier-duty wall-mounted pre-rinse set with greater hose reach and flow capacity.
If you are fitting out a dishwash station from scratch or replacing an existing pre-rinse unit and want to make sure this is the right specification for your setup, we are happy to talk it through.

The Vogue Twin Mixer Lever Deck Tap is a straightforward, workhorse tap designed for use on commercial sinks and prep basins. It operates with separate hot and cold levers — a familiar and practical configuration in professional kitchen environments — allowing staff to blend water temperature quickly and intuitively without fuss.
In a working kitchen, reliability and ease of use matter far more than complexity. This style of tap is commonly found across prep areas, wash-up stations, and utility sinks where operators need a dependable fitting that performs consistently through heavy daily use. The lever action is well suited to kitchens where staff are working quickly and may be wearing gloves, as the controls are easy to operate without fine motor precision.
Practical advantages for kitchen operators include:
- Simple lever controls that are quick to operate during busy service periods
- Deck-mount design fitting standard commercial sink and basin configurations
- Compact footprint suits sinks in confined prep or wash-up areas
- Straightforward construction with accessible components for routine maintenance
- Compatible with standard hot and cold water supplies
Installation is straightforward, but it is worth confirming your sink or basin deck hole spacing is compatible before fitting. The tap connects to standard hot and cold supplies, so no specialist pipework is required in most cases. At 1.6kg it is light enough to handle easily during installation. As with any commercial tap fitting, ensuring adequate water pressure at the point of connection will help the tap perform as expected.
This tap is a practical choice for smaller catering operations, cafés, staff kitchens, and secondary wash areas. For higher-throughput sites or locations requiring a spray rinse function, it is worth considering whether a more heavy-duty or specialist fitting would better suit the volume and workflow demands.
If you are fitting out a new kitchen or replacing existing tapware and want to make sure you select the right configuration, our team is happy to talk through the options with you.

The Vogue Pedestal Pre-Rinse Spray is a freestanding rinse unit designed for use in commercial dishwash areas. It provides a dedicated point for rinsing dishes, pots, and cookware before they enter the dishwasher, helping to remove food debris and improve wash results. The unit features a twin water feed with mixer taps and a spring-action gooseneck arm, giving operators flexible reach across a sink or rinsing station.
In a working kitchen environment, consistent pre-rinsing makes a meaningful difference to dishwasher throughput and wash quality. By removing the bulk of food soil before the wash cycle, operators can reduce the frequency of filter cleaning and lower the risk of soil redepositing onto other items. The ceramic cartridge tap is designed to resist dripping over time, which matters in a busy kitchen where taps are operated repeatedly throughout a service.
Practical benefits of this unit include:
- Spring-action gooseneck provides flexible directional rinsing
- Ceramic cartridge taps help prevent drips and reduce long-term wear
- Twin water feed allows hot and cold mixing at the tap
- Freestanding pedestal design suits sites without wall-mounting options
- Robust construction suited to daily commercial use
Installation requires hot and cold water supply connections to the pedestal base. The unit is freestanding, so it needs a stable, level floor position close to the dishwash sink or pass-through dishwasher inlet. Because it is a pedestal rather than a wall-mounted unit, it does not require any wall fixings, but floor space and proximity to plumbing should be confirmed before ordering. It is worth checking that the gooseneck reach suits your sink configuration.
This unit is well suited to smaller to medium-sized kitchens, cafés, and pub operations where a straightforward, reliable pre-rinse station is needed without the complexity of a wall-mounted system. Sites with higher throughput or more demanding rinse requirements may benefit from a heavier-duty or higher-flow alternative.
If you are unsure whether this unit suits your sink setup or plumbing configuration, our team is happy to talk it through before you commit to an order.

The Dormont wall mounted wash down reel is a heavy-duty retractable hose reel designed for daily cleaning duties in commercial kitchens, food production areas, and similar washdown environments. It houses a 15-metre hose on a spring-loaded retraction mechanism, keeping the hose off the floor and out of the way when not in use.
In a working kitchen, a hose that trails across the floor is a slip hazard and a hygiene problem. The spring-loaded latch on this reel ensures the hose retracts fully after use, stowing neatly against the wall. The declutching arbour is a practical detail worth noting — it protects the return spring from damage if the hose is wound back the wrong way, which extends the working life of the mechanism considerably in environments where multiple staff members use the equipment.
The full-flow shaft and swivel design maintains water pressure throughout the hose length, so there is no noticeable pressure drop at the gun even when the hose is fully extended. The adjustable gun gives operators control over flow and direction for different cleaning tasks.
- Retractable 15m hose keeps floors clear and reduces trip hazards
- Full-flow swivel maintains pressure at full extension
- Declutching arbour protects spring from reverse-winding damage
- Spring-loaded latch ensures reliable, full hose retraction
- Wall-mounted installation keeps the unit clear of floor traffic
Wall mounting position should be chosen carefully — the unit needs to be accessible to the full cleaning area its hose must reach, and the wall fixing must be suitable for the surface type. At just over 2kg, the reel itself is light, but it should be fixed to a sound surface capable of taking the additional load of a full hose under tension.
This reel is well suited to mid-sized commercial kitchens, food prep areas, and utility rooms where a reliable, self-stowing washdown solution is needed. Sites with larger floor areas or very high-frequency cleaning demands may benefit from considering a longer-reach or more heavy-duty option.
If you are unsure whether the reach or mounting position will work for your specific layout, we are happy to talk it through before you order.

The Sammic D-2 is a pre-rinse tap spray unit designed for use at commercial sink stations. It is available with mixed hot and cold water supply, and can be configured with or without an integrated tap, making it adaptable to a range of sink and plumbing setups commonly found in professional kitchens.
Pre-rinse spray units of this type are a standard fixture at pot wash and dishwasher loading stations, where speed of rinsing and ease of use directly affect throughput during busy service periods. A flexible spray arm allows operators to direct water precisely, reducing the time spent shifting heavy pans and trays before they go into the dishwasher.
Practical benefits for day-to-day kitchen operation include:
- Mixed hot and cold water connection for effective pre-rinsing
- Option to specify with or without tap to suit existing sink configurations
- Flexible spray arm for directing water without repositioning heavy items
- Robust construction suited to continuous use in commercial environments
- Compact footprint compatible with most commercial sink installations
Installation will require appropriate hot and cold water supplies at the correct pressure, and the unit should be fitted by a qualified plumber familiar with commercial kitchen requirements. The configuration — with or without tap — should be decided at the point of order based on the existing sink setup, as this affects both the fitting and the plumbing connections required.
The D-2 is well suited to pot wash stations, preparation sinks, and dishwasher loading areas in cafés, restaurants, contract catering kitchens, and similar environments. For very high-volume sites with heavy continuous use, it is worth discussing whether a heavier-duty spray unit would be more appropriate for the workload.
If you are unsure which configuration suits your sink setup or water supply, our team is happy to talk it through before you order.
£284.00(£340.80 inc VAT)
The Sammic D-2G is a pre-rinse tap spray unit designed for use at commercial sink stations. It accepts a mixed hot and cold water supply and is available in configurations with or without an integrated tap, allowing it to be fitted alongside an existing tap or as a standalone unit depending on how the sink position is set up.
In a working kitchen, pre-rinse spray units like this one sit at the wash-up station and are used to flush food debris from crockery, pans, and gastronorm containers before they enter the dishwasher or glasswasher. A reliable spray unit at this point in the workflow reduces the load on the main wash cycle, helps avoid blocked filters, and keeps the wash-up area moving during busy service periods.
Practical advantages of a unit at this type include:
- Mixed hot and cold water supply reduces grease build-up on soiled items before washing
- Flexible configuration options suit different sink arrangements
- Compact design fits standard commercial sink positions without modification
- Straightforward to operate, reducing training time for kitchen porters
- Easy to clean and maintain as part of daily kitchen hygiene routines
Installation requires both hot and cold water supplies to the sink position. The correct connection fittings and water pressure should be confirmed before fitting. If the position currently has only a cold feed, a hot supply will need to be run in before the unit can be used with mixed water.
This unit suits small to medium kitchens where a practical pre-rinse facility is needed without a complex or high-flow system. Larger operations with very high dish volumes may find a heavier-duty pre-rinse setup with greater flow capacity more appropriate for their throughput.
If you're unsure which configuration suits your sink setup or whether this unit will work with your existing plumbing, we're happy to talk it through before you order.
£301.00(£361.20 inc VAT)
The Sammic D-2GC is a commercial tap spray unit designed for pre-rinse and wash-down use at the sink. It combines hot and cold water feeds, giving operators control over water temperature at the point of use — a practical requirement when rinsing cookware, clearing plates, or keeping a prep sink functional during a busy service.
In a working kitchen, a reliable spray unit at the sink saves time and effort at every service. Being able to mix warm water directly at the spray head means operators are not working with cold water when shifting grease and food debris, which improves both hygiene and the efficiency of the rinse process. The D-2GC is offered with or without a tap, making it straightforward to integrate into an existing sink run or to specify alongside a new sink installation.
- Hot and cold water mixing at the spray head for effective rinsing
- Available with or without tap to suit different installation set-ups
- Suitable for pre-rinse duties at commercial pot wash and prep sinks
- Robust construction suited to daily commercial kitchen use
Before ordering, it is worth confirming your existing pipework connections and whether you require the tap-included or tap-free version. The unit will need connections to both hot and cold supplies, so installations without an existing hot water feed at the sink position will require additional plumbing work.
This unit is well suited to small and mid-sized catering operations, cafés, and pub kitchens where a straightforward, reliable spray unit is needed. For high-throughput pot wash areas running continuous service, it is worth discussing whether a more heavy-duty spray arm assembly would better meet demand.
If you are unsure which configuration suits your sink setup, our team is happy to talk through the options with you.
£225.00(£270.00 inc VAT)
The Sammic single-tap pre-rinse spray unit is a commercial-grade spray arm and tap assembly designed for use at pot wash stations, dishwash areas, and prep sinks in working kitchens. It connects to a standard water supply and delivers a directed spray for rinsing crockery, cookware, and food debris from surfaces before washing — a routine but operationally important function in any volume kitchen.
In a busy service environment, a reliable pre-rinse unit keeps the pot wash station moving. Being able to quickly clear food waste from pans and trays before they enter the dishwasher protects wash quality and reduces the risk of debris blocking spray arms in the machine downstream. A well-specified spray unit at this point in the workflow contributes directly to throughput during peak service.
Practical advantages of a dedicated spray unit at the sink position include:
- Focused spray reduces water use compared to running a tap at full flow
- Flexible hose reach allows efficient rinsing of large pans and gastronorm trays
- Robust construction handles the physical demands of a working pot wash area
- Single-tap configuration suits straightforward installations with a dedicated cold feed
Installation is straightforward in most cases, requiring a cold water inlet connection at the sink position. As with any spray unit, water pressure at the point of installation will affect spray performance — sites with low mains pressure may wish to confirm suitability before ordering. The unit is intended for professional kitchen use and should be installed in accordance with current water regulations.
This unit is well suited to small and medium catering operations, staff restaurants, pubs, and similar sites where a practical, no-frills pre-rinse solution is needed at the sink. Sites running very high volumes of covers or continuous pot wash throughput may benefit from reviewing higher-capacity options in the range.
If you are unsure whether this unit suits your water supply setup or sink configuration, our team is happy to talk it through with you before you order.
From £198.00(£237.60 inc VAT)
Sammic direct spray units are wall- or deck-mounted pre-rinse fittings designed for commercial sink stations in catering and food production environments. They provide a continuous-flow spray, making them practical for rinsing crockery, cookware, and food preparation equipment before it enters a dishwasher or warewasher cycle.
In a working kitchen, a reliable spray unit at the pot wash or pass-through station saves considerable time during service. The continuous flow system supports a steady throughput without the interruption of trigger-operated designs, which matters when the sink station is under pressure during a busy lunch or evening service.
Practical day-to-day advantages include:
- Continuous flow operation reduces handling time at the rinse station
- Chrome-finished construction is straightforward to wipe down and keep hygienic
- Designed for industrial use in catering and food production settings
- Straightforward installation suits most standard commercial sink setups
- Low ongoing maintenance requirements help keep downtime to a minimum
Installation is generally uncomplicated, though it is worth confirming your existing sink deck or wall configuration is compatible before ordering. Water connection requirements should be checked against your site's supply pressure to ensure adequate flow performance. If your kitchen runs multiple rinse points simultaneously, it is worth reviewing your supply capacity.
These spray units are well suited to small and medium-sized kitchens, cafés, pub kitchens, and food production facilities where a dependable, no-fuss rinse station is needed. Sites with very high-volume pot wash operations may find a more heavy-duty specification more appropriate for their throughput demands.

The Sammic hose reel is a wall-mounted washdown reel intended for continuous use in commercial catering and food industry environments. With a 10-metre hose length, it provides practical reach across a kitchen wash area, allowing operators to rinse down equipment, surfaces, and drainage channels without repeatedly repositioning a freestanding hose. The chromium-coated fittings are built to withstand the damp, high-traffic conditions typical of a busy commercial kitchen.
In day-to-day service, a reliable hose reel simplifies end-of-service cleaning significantly. Rather than managing loose hoses that kink, tangle, or get left across walkways, a retractable wall-mounted reel keeps the hose contained and accessible when needed. This matters in kitchens where cleaning is done under time pressure between services or during a close-down routine.
Practical operational advantages include:
- Retractable reel keeps the hose tidy and off the floor between uses
- 10-metre reach covers a generous working area from a single mounting point
- Chromium coating provides durability in wet, corrosive kitchen conditions
- High flow rate supports efficient washdown of equipment and surfaces
- Straightforward installation with low ongoing maintenance requirements
Installation is relatively straightforward — the unit mounts to a wall and connects to an existing hot or cold water supply. Positioning matters: the mounting point should be chosen carefully to maximise useful reach across the wash area while keeping the hose away from food preparation zones. It is worth confirming your water pressure is adequate to make the most of the high flow rate before installation.
This reel suits most commercial kitchen environments where a fixed washdown point is preferable to managing loose hoses — from hotel and restaurant kitchens to food production and processing areas. For larger sites or those requiring greater reach, a 15-metre variant is also available in the Sammic range.
If you are unsure which hose length or mounting arrangement works best for your kitchen layout, we are happy to talk it through.
£1,037.00(£1,244.40 inc VAT)
The Sammic Hose Reel 15 is a wall-mounted retractable hose reel designed for wash-down duties in commercial catering and food production environments. Available with either a 10-metre or 15-metre hose, it provides a practical, contained solution for directing water to floors, drains, equipment, and preparation surfaces without trailing hoses creating a trip hazard or hygiene risk.
In a working kitchen, wash-down efficiency directly affects turnaround time at the end of service. A properly mounted hose reel keeps the hose accessible, retracted when not in use, and positioned to reach the areas that need it most. The 15-metre length suits larger kitchen footprints where a shorter hose would require repositioning or leave areas difficult to reach from a fixed point.
Practical day-to-day advantages include:
- Retractable design keeps the hose clear of the floor between uses
- Chrome finish resists the damp, high-use conditions common in commercial kitchens
- High flow rate supports effective wash-down of floors and equipment surfaces
- Straightforward wall-mount installation with low ongoing maintenance requirements
- Suitable for both catering kitchens and food production or processing environments
Installation requires a suitable water supply connection and a fixed wall or ceiling mounting point capable of bearing the reel and hose weight. Placement should be considered carefully — the reel needs to be positioned so the hose reaches all critical wash-down zones without straining the retraction mechanism. A competent plumber should carry out the connection to ensure correct flow and pressure.
This reel is well suited to mid-to-large commercial kitchens, food production units, and butchery or fishmonger environments where regular wash-down is a routine part of the working day. For smaller kitchens or tighter spaces, the 10-metre variant may be the more practical choice.
If you are unsure which length or mounting configuration best fits your kitchen layout, we are happy to talk it through before you order.
£387.00(£464.40 inc VAT)
The KWC DVS Aquarius is a deck-mounted, sensor-operated tap designed specifically for commercial handwashing points where hygiene control and hands-free operation are a practical requirement rather than a preference. Manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel throughout, it is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen environment where taps are used repeatedly through a service and cleaning regimes are robust.
The integrated infrared sensor activates water flow without any physical contact, which is particularly valuable in food preparation and post-handling wash points. The antimicrobial outlet fitting provides an additional layer of protection, and the sensor comes pre-set from the factory, so it is operational straight from installation without specialist configuration. For sites that need adjusted run-on times or want to enable anti-vandal lockout functions, these settings can be programmed using the hand-held programmer, which is available separately.
A few operational details worth noting before installation:
- Designed for deck mounting onto a sink or basin with appropriate hole spacing
- Supplied with a mains kit and copper tails for straightforward connection
- Features a built-in purge facility and chlorination option for new installations or hygiene flushing
- Sensor settings are pre-configured but fully adjustable on site with the optional programmer
- A thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) is required and must be purchased separately
This tap is well suited to catering operations where Food Standards compliance, Legionella risk management, or infection control considerations make hands-free operation and flushing capability a genuine specification requirement — including commercial kitchens, staff welfare areas, and food production facilities. It is not a domestic or light-use fitting, and the requirement for a separate TMV means installation should be planned accordingly.
If you are specifying this tap as part of a new sink installation or a hygiene upgrade and want to confirm it suits your water supply setup or valve arrangement, the team is happy to talk it through.
