Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price in brackets after each one. VAT at the current UK rate is added at checkout. If you need a formal quotation showing the VAT breakdown, contact our sales team.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Most in-stock items arrive within 2 to 3 working days, and many qualify for next working day delivery depending on the item and the time the order is placed. Larger items can take 2 to 5 working days. Fabricated items, such as stainless steel tables, shelving and sinks, are made to order and usually take 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days at your cost. Refunds are made to the original payment method, less the original delivery cost. Where the manufacturer or supplier charges a restocking fee, typically up to 25%, this is passed on. Special-order and made-to-order items may have different terms and may not be returnable. Full details are on our Deliveries & Returns page.
Can I lease equipment instead of buying outright?
Yes. Leasing spreads the cost over fixed monthly payments and can be tax-efficient for businesses. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, reference number 732004. See our Leasing page or contact our sales team for a tailored proposal.
Do you offer trade or credit accounts?
We work with businesses of every size, from single sites to large operators. We accept public sector and account customers by arrangement. Other purchase-order arrangements can be discussed with our sales team on a case-by-case basis.
