Founded in 2003, our business was established by an engineer and a salesman with over 40 years of combined experience in the UK hospitality industry. From day one, our focus has been simple: provide honest advice, high-quality catering equipment, and expertly built commercial kitchens.

Over the years, we have continually evolved into a trusted and respected supplier, supporting hospitality businesses across the UK with reliable products and friendly, knowledgeable service.

🕰️ Our Story & Industry Insight

Back in 2003, we identified a clear gap in the market. While there was an abundance of low-quality refurbished glasswashers and dishwashers available online, there were very few professionally refurbished machines — and almost none supplied with a meaningful warranty.

We set out to change that.

In our first year alone, we sold nearly 200 refurbished commercial machines, proving there was strong demand for quality equipment backed by genuine expertise. Customers valued not just the machines, but the knowledge and care behind every recommendation.

🚀 Growth Through Demand & Innovation

As demand grew, sourcing high-quality refurbishable equipment became increasingly challenging — a clear sign of our success. This momentum led us to launch our first eCommerce website, a bold move at the time that challenged traditional industry thinking. What was once frowned upon is now industry standard.

Listening closely to our growing and loyal customer base, we diversified further. In 2007, we began developing new supplier partnerships and expanding our expertise across a wider range of commercial catering equipment.
