The Falcon Dominator Plus G3107 is a solid top gas range designed for sustained commercial kitchen service. It brings together a cast iron solid top heated by a high-output burner beneath, six independently controlled gas hob burners, and a large static oven in the base — allowing a kitchen brigade to run multiple cooking methods simultaneously from a single unit.

The cast iron solid top is well suited to kitchens where consistent, retained heat across a wide surface area is a practical requirement.
