Janitorial, Mop and Specialist Sinks

The EAIS FAB-CSS is a freestanding stainless steel cutlery soak sink designed to give commercial kitchens a dedicated station for pre-soaking flatware between service periods. Rather than letting used cutlery accumulate beside the main wash sinks or pot wash area, it provides a self-contained holding point where cutlery can soak in cleaning solution before moving on to the dishwasher — reducing the need for manual scrubbing and keeping the main wash area clear during peak service.

In a working kitchen, congestion at the dishwash or pot wash station is one of the more common causes of slowdown during busy service windows. A dedicated soak sink removes cutlery from that workflow entirely, allowing it to soak undisturbed while other washing tasks continue uninterrupted. The deep tank is sized to hold a useful volume of cutlery in a single soak cycle, and the unit arrives supplied with a tap, drain plug, and drain pipe, so it can be connected without sourcing additional fittings.

• Dedicated soak station keeps cutlery clear of the main wash sink workflow
• Deep tank accommodates a high volume of flatware in one soak cycle
• Supplied complete with tap, drain plug, and drain pipe
• Heavy-duty frame and legs provide stability on busy kitchen floors
• Bumper protection fitted as standard to guard against everyday knock damage

Installation requires a cold water supply and a suitable waste connection. The unit is freestanding, which gives reasonable flexibility in positioning, though it works best located close to the dishwasher or pot wash area to support a logical workflow. Connection work should be carried out by a qualified plumber.

The FAB-CSS is well suited to restaurants, cafés, hotels, and contract catering operations where cutlery volumes are high enough to justify a dedicated soak station. Smaller operations running modest covers may find a standard single sink sufficient, while high-volume sites running multiple sittings may want to consider a larger-capacity option. If you are unsure whether this unit is the right fit for your kitchen setup, the team is happy to talk it through.

The Parry SCRUB range is a fabricated stainless steel sink designed specifically as a dedicated hand-wash and light scrubbing station within a commercial kitchen. It is a straightforward unit — no integrated accessories, no unnecessary features — intended to provide a clean, hygienic wash point that fits neatly into the kitchen workflow.

In a working kitchen, having a designated scrub station positioned correctly in the flow has a direct bearing on hygiene compliance. Staff can wash hands or rinse equipment without crossing into food preparation zones, which matters both operationally and for inspection purposes. The brushed stainless finish wipes down quickly between uses, and the construction holds up well in the wet, high-traffic conditions typical of a busy kitchen without demanding any significant ongoing maintenance.

• Brushed stainless steel construction resists corrosion in wet environments
• Reversible drain position accommodates left- or right-hand waste connections
• Smooth surfaces clean down quickly during and after service
• Simple design with no components to maintain or replace over time
• Taps sold separately, allowing operators to specify fittings to suit their setup

Before ordering, confirm where your waste outlet sits and how hot and cold supplies will be routed to the unit. Taps are not included, so you will need to select fittings suited to your water pressure and plumbing configuration. If the sink is going into a new or refurbished area, also think about access beneath and around the unit for routine cleaning.

This sink is well suited to smaller commercial kitchens, prep areas, and back-of-house wash stations where a reliable, unfussy scrub point is needed. Sites requiring multiple basins or higher-throughput wash facilities would be better served by a larger or more specified sink configuration.

The Basix janitorial sink is a dedicated utility sink designed for back-of-house cleaning tasks. Built from stainless steel throughout, it provides a practical, hard-wearing point for filling mop buckets, rinsing cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste water — keeping janitorial work separate from food preparation and warewashing areas.

In commercial kitchens and hospitality environments, having a dedicated janitorial sink matters. It supports proper hygiene zoning, reduces cross-contamination risk, and keeps cleaning staff away from areas that should remain food-safe. The stainless steel construction holds up well to the chemical cleaning agents and heavy daily use that janitorial sinks routinely encounter.

Practical benefits for operators include:

• Durable stainless steel resists corrosion from cleaning chemicals
• Dedicated unit supports hygiene zoning in commercial premises
• Straightforward design makes cleaning the sink itself quick and straightforward
• Suitable for a range of back-of-house utility areas
• Self-contained unit that integrates easily into most existing plumbing layouts

Installation requires a cold water supply and a suitable waste connection. The sink should be positioned in a well-ventilated utility area with adequate drainage nearby. At 22kg, it is manageable for a two-person installation. It is worth confirming floor strength and drainage provision before fitting, particularly in older buildings where utilities may not have been designed with a dedicated janitorial point in mind.

This sink is well suited to hotels, restaurants, schools, care homes, and any commercial premises where proper hygiene zoning is a priority. For larger sites with higher-demand cleaning operations, it is worth considering whether a deeper or larger-format unit would better meet the volume of use.

If you are unsure whether this unit fits your site layout or hygiene zoning requirements, our team is happy to talk it through with you.

The Designline Bucket Sink Unit is a low-height, free-standing stainless steel sink station designed specifically for bucket filling in commercial kitchen and catering environments. It sits at a reduced working height to allow buckets to be placed directly beneath the fill point, and is intended for use alongside a wall-mounted overhead tap and a local floor gully rather than a conventional waste trap and pipework arrangement.

The unit is built around a deep stainless steel bowl with a waste outlet in the base, positioned directly over a floor gully to drain away. Above the bowl, a removable perforated steel insert acts as a bucket rest, holding the bucket steady whilst filling and allowing any overspill to drain cleanly into the bowl below. The worktop incorporates a rear upstand to protect the wall surface, and the frame is fitted with flanged levelling feet suitable for mechanical fixing to the floor.

In practical terms, this unit suits the kind of routine housekeeping tasks that every busy kitchen relies on — mopping, cleaning-in-place, and general water collection — without tying up a full-height pot wash or preparation sink. Key practical points to be aware of:

• Requires a wall-mounted overhead tap, supplied and fitted separately
• Drains via the bowl outlet directly to a floor gully — no waste trap or pipework included
• Taps, waste traps, and waste pipes are not supplied with the unit
• Flanged feet allow for solid, level fixing to the floor surface

This unit is well suited to kitchens where bucket filling is a regular task and a dedicated, low-level fill point would improve workflow without consuming valuable sink capacity. It works equally well in back-of-house corridors, pot wash areas, or cleaning bays. For sites with more demanding throughput or where a fully plumbed sink is required, alternative configurations may be more appropriate.

If you are unsure whether this unit will work with your existing tap position, floor gully layout, or drainage arrangement, we are happy to talk it through before you place an order.

The EAIS FAB-MS is a freestanding stainless steel mop sink built specifically for back-of-house cleaning duties. Its purpose is clear: to provide a dedicated, hygienic point for filling, emptying, and rinsing mop buckets, keeping that activity well away from food preparation areas. This separation is both a practical and a hygiene requirement in any properly run commercial site, whether that is a kitchen, care home, school, or similar working environment.

The one-piece top and splashback construction removes the joints and seams where moisture and cleaning residue would otherwise collect. The deep bowl is sized to accommodate standard commercial mop buckets without awkward manoeuvring, and the removable perforated bucket grid allows buckets to drain freely without sitting in standing water — a straightforward detail that makes daily use noticeably cleaner over time. The heavy-duty frame and legs are built to absorb the daily reality of a mop sink: being knocked, pushed, and worked hard throughout every shift without shifting position or developing flex.

• One-piece top and splashback reduces dirt traps and simplifies cleaning
• Deep bowl accepts standard commercial mop buckets without difficulty
• Removable perforated grid prevents standing water during bucket draining
• Robust frame and legs remain stable under repeated daily contact
• Stainless steel construction resists cleaning chemicals and constant moisture exposure

Installation requires a hot and cold water supply and a suitable waste connection. The unit should be positioned on a level floor with adequate drainage close by. It suits kitchen back-of-house areas, laundry rooms, plant rooms, and any commercial space with a regular floor cleaning routine. For larger facilities running multiple cleaning stations or particularly high-demand environments, it is worth considering whether a heavier-duty or higher-capacity configuration would better match the workflow.

If you are working out the right position, drainage arrangement, or whether this unit fits your site's requirements, the team is happy to talk it through with you.

The EAIS FAB-JS is a free-standing stainless steel janitor sink designed for back-of-house use in commercial kitchens, catering facilities, schools, care homes, and similar professional environments. Its purpose is straightforward: to provide a dedicated station for filling mop buckets, rinsing cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste water — keeping those tasks entirely separate from food preparation and pot-wash areas.

In practice, sites without a dedicated mop sink tend to see cleaning staff using pot-wash sinks or floor drains by default. Both create workflow disruption and raise genuine hygiene concerns, particularly in environments subject to food safety inspections. A fixed janitor sink with its own tap keeps cleaning routines self-contained and supports compliance with good hygiene practice without complicating the wider kitchen layout.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel throughout, with cladded front and sides that give a clean, enclosed appearance — suitable for utility rooms and back-of-house corridors where presentation still matters. The heavy-duty frame handles the weight of a full mop bucket without flex, and the removable bucket grid keeps equipment elevated and the sink base protected during use.

• Removable mop grid keeps buckets elevated and protects the sink base
• Hot and cold mixer tap supplied as standard, ready to connect
• Cladded front and sides provide a neat, enclosed finish
• Stainless steel construction throughout for durability and straightforward sanitising
• Heavy-duty frame remains stable under working load

Installation requires a hot and cold water supply and a suitable waste outlet. The unit is floor-standing and needs a level, solid floor with drainage nearby. It is worth confirming the drain position before siting the unit, as the waste outlet location will determine where it can be positioned. The footprint is compact, which makes it workable even in tighter utility spaces.

This sink is well suited to restaurants, hotels, schools, care homes, and contract catering sites — any operation that needs a compliant, dedicated cleaning station. Larger facilities running multiple cleaning zones should consider whether a single unit will cover all demand or whether additional points are needed elsewhere on site.
