🛠️ Product Warranties: Peace of Mind for Your Equipment
At Advantage Catering Equipment, we aim to make your purchase worry-free. Many of the products we sell come with different types of warranties, giving you protection against faults and breakdowns. Below is a clear guide to help you understand your warranty options, what’s covered, and how to get support if something goes wrong.
✅ Parts & Labour Warranty
Products with a parts and labour warranty included in the purchase price will be clearly indicated on the product page, along with the length of the warranty. This warranty starts from the date of delivery.
Extended Warranty Options
For additional peace of mind, many products can be purchased with an extended warranty, usually at the time of ordering.
Note: For equipment used in mobile trailer operations, the warranty is reduced to parts only.
🔧 What’s Covered
-
Repairs required due to breakdowns during the warranty period, unless caused by specific exclusions.
-
Repairs may be carried out by our engineers or the manufacturer’s representative — whichever is quicker and more convenient.
❌ What’s Not Covered
-
Issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, insufficient cleaning, incorrect programming, limescale build-up, adjustments, or consumables.
-
Costs arising from an engineer visiting to diagnose a non-warranty issue.
The warranty is typically the manufacturer’s, meaning you can contact them directly. However, as our valued customer, we strive to resolve issues quickly and efficiently on your behalf.
Important: Many items, particularly gas-operated equipment, require professional installation. Proof may be requested if installation is suspected to be the cause of a fault.
📋 Steps if You Have a Problem
-
Check the obvious first: has anyone turned off the water or power?
-
If the machine is still faulty, complete the warranty form below.
🛠️ Parts Only Warranty
Some products come with a parts only warranty, clearly indicated at the point of purchase. This starts from the date of delivery and is also detailed on your sales invoice.
Why Choose Parts Only?
-
Your business has competent maintainers capable of handling repairs.
-
You want the lowest purchase price.
-
The product has a low risk of mechanical failure.
A common misconception is that all products require a parts and labour warranty. For B2B transactions, this is optional and a matter of personal choice.
🔧 What’s Covered

Replacement of mechanical parts that fail within the warranty period.
❌ What’s Not Covered
