Equally suitable for slicing other meats such as salami and ham, the Mantegna features a razor-sharp 300mm blade and a powerful 275W motor to ensure clean, fast mess-free slicing. Raised gripper spikes help to keep the meat in position, whilst the 90° cutting angle facilitates uniform slicing every time.
