WIth its advanced forced air cooling system the unit is suited for even the hottest of busy kitchens with a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C. The unit features a stainless steel worktop and has castors fitted making it easy to move for cleaning. The fridge comes with two adjustable shelves and floor protectors as standard, so you can configure the storage to suit your ingredients. If required, you can also fit additional shelves and runners to maximise the counter's storage flexibility. Alternatively, swap out the shelves by sliding full size (1/1) gastronorm pans straight in. GN pans and additional shelves sold separately.
