Whether it's toasted sandwiches, croissants, burritos or pizza, this oven ensures consistent cooking with a great crispy finish every time. It's able to cook up to 6 times faster than a conventional oven. This means faster turnaround time, lesser queuing times for customers and running costs are therefore lower too.
This Merrychef Eikon E3 oven is easy to operate and maintain, thanks to the intuitive easyTouch® touchscreen control feature. It also helps to reduce time spent in training kitchen staff on how to use it.
For further versatility and convenience, this model features innovative filtration which removes the need for overhead extraction. It also has a generous 34.4Ltr cavity with a small footprint and is simple to clean.
