The FD50+80 is a compact powerful double tank fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips up to 28kg per hour output, It can also take a 10 inch fish fillet or sausage.

Why not keep the larger 8ltr tank for frying your chips and use the 5ltr tank for frying foods with a strong flavour eg garlic mushrooms samosas or Plaice fillets and keep your chip oil clean.

The cold zone of oil below the element helps to prolong the life of your oil.
This Fryer has a removable head unit and oil pan for easy cleaning.

This Fryer has a safety micro switch to ensure the correct position of the element.
This Unit also has an additional safety thermostat, both for operator safety.

This Fryer has a 180'C operating thermostat and a heat resistant basket handle.
