Our business was formed in 2003 by an engineer and a salesman having over 40 years combined experience in the hospitality industry. It has been continually developed and improved over its history to where it is today, a well respected and trusted business providing friendly advice, great catering equipment and building excellent commercial kitchens.

Some history - Back in 2003 we identified a gap in the market noticing the lack of quality refurbished commercial glasswashers and dishwashers. There were plenty of sub standard machines available from ebay but very little higher end used machines and almost none with any kind of warranty.

During our first year in business nearly 200 refurbished machines were sold and it soon became clear that not only was there a huge demand for these machines but that customers appreciated the expertise and knowledge that went into the sale of the machine.

We became a victim of our own success and started to have difficulty in keeping up with demand this combined with ensuring a good supply of quality refurbish-able machines.
This demand for new equipment led to our first ecommerce website, something that in 2003 was frowned upon both by our 'traditional' dealer competitors and by our suppliers - how things have changed!!

Due to requests from our growing and loyal customer base we decided to diversify, so in 2007 we started the long process of developing new supplier relationships and developing our business knowledge on other types of catering equipment.

We now offer nearly 15,000 product lines from over 100 manufacturers including many of the most respected hospitality industry brands and pride ourselves on the levels of customer service that a family run business can provide. 

As part of our continuing drive to provide our customers with a better service we gained membership of CEDA (Catering Equipment Distributors Association)  and are Safe Contractor approved.

We now have four separate teams in the office:

Our sales team who continue to work with our valued long term customers and who work hard to provide new customers with the right equipment for their business.
Our service team who deal with equipment warranty issues and keep our local customers equipment working with repair and maintenance.
Our kitchen design team who work with customers on their design projects which vary from small church hall kitchens to major restaurant developments.
Our accounts team who ensure that all the bills and invoices are paid on time!

Our business has come a long way since the excitement of selling that first refurbished Winterhalter GS Dishwasher and we continue to be excited when new opportunities arise.
