People with food allergies cannot be too cautious with what they eat, making food labelling extremely important to them. As of December 13th, 2014, it is a legal requirement that if any of the fourteen food allergens on the regulatory list are contained within a packaged food, then those ingredients must be highlighted and easily visible.
