It sits into a pre-formed cutout in an existing countertop, providing a 4 x 1/1 GN heated well for holding pre-cooked hot food at safe service temperatures. The well is angled for improved customer visibility, and an adjustable heated midshelf sits at eye level to provide additional merchandising space — useful where operators want to display a secondary range of products above the main well.
