Product Description
The Bravilor B10 HWR is a high-output bulk coffee brewing system designed for sites where volume, consistency, and speed of service are non-negotiable. The brewer produces large batches of filter coffee directly into a 10-litre electric VHG urn, which can then be transported to service points or used in situ. A separate integrated hot water tap adds a second function, making the unit practical for sites that need to serve both coffee and hot water simultaneously — whether for tea, infusions, or instant products.
In high-footfall environments such as stadium hospitality suites, hotel banqueting operations, conference centres, and staff canteens, the B10 earns its place through reliability during sustained service periods. The brewing cycle produces a consistent 10-litre output, and the urn maintains temperature electrically, so there is no drop in quality between the first and last cup served. The LCD display and coffee-ready indicator give serving staff clear operational feedback without the need for training on complex controls. The built-in descale system helps maintain performance and protects the internal components over the long term.
- High-volume batch brewing with consistent cup quality throughout service
- Separate hot water tap supports tea and hot drink service alongside coffee
- Electric urn maintains temperature for extended service periods
- LCD display and coffee-ready indicator for straightforward staff operation
- Integrated descale programme to support ongoing maintenance
The B10 HWR requires a hardwired three-phase electrical connection and a direct mains water supply — this is not a plug-in or countertop machine you can relocate easily. It needs a fixed installation point with appropriate drainage access and sufficient surface space for both the brewer and the urn. At 35kg the unit is substantial, so bench strength and the practicalities of positioning the urn during service are worth considering at the planning stage. It is supplied with the urn positioned on the right-hand side.
This machine is well suited to large-scale catering operations with a regular need for high-volume coffee output — think banqueting, conference catering, canteen breakfast service, or event hospitality. For smaller establishments or those serving coffee on a more intermittent basis, a lower-output machine would likely be more appropriate. For sites with significantly higher or more complex requirements, heavier-duty multi-brewer configurations may be worth exploring.
If you are assessing whether the B10 fits your service volumes and installation setup, we are happy to talk it through before you commit to a purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
- The B10 produces 60 litres of coffee per hour under normal operating conditions, with each brew cycle filling the 10-litre urn. In practice, output depends on your brew cycle timing and how quickly urns are turned around, but for most large banqueting or conference services this throughput is sufficient to maintain continuous supply across multiple service points.
- The B10 HWR requires a hardwired three-phase electrical connection and a permanent mains cold water supply with appropriate drainage — it cannot be connected via a standard domestic or single-phase socket. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician and plumber, and you will need to confirm that your site has suitable three-phase supply available before ordering.
- The B10 is designed for genuinely high-volume operations — stadiums, large hotels, conference venues, and staff catering facilities where consistent large-batch output is needed regularly. For a smaller café or boutique hotel serving coffee in lower volumes, the scale and fixed installation requirements of this machine would likely be more than necessary, and a smaller-capacity brewer would be a better operational and commercial fit.
