This bratt pan can be used with either LPG or Natural Gas please choose on ordering,

Heavy duty 80 Litre bratt pan with a manually operated tilting pan operated by means of a hand-wheel with fold away handle

Heavy duty construction made from 1.2mm stainless steel, with a large pouring spout and a full width stainless steel lid handle. The pan is sprung loaded for light operation and you can even use 1.5mm thick lid for a work bench.

With a temperature range of 50 to 320 deg C and a safety cut out for overheat and cleaning this fryer is simple and robust. Capable of keeping up when demand is at its height. With 20kW burner power
This bratt pan uses Piezo ignition with flame failure protection.

Enamelled control panel and seamless pan with rounded corners for easy cleaning.
