Each compartment is secured by a padlock fitting rather than an integrated lock, giving facilities managers flexibility over key or combination padlock choice. A welded plinth runs between the doors to reinforce inter-compartment separation, reducing the risk of access between adjacent sections.

The locker is constructed with a tough epoxy polyester powder coated paint finish, which provides reasonable resistance to knocks, moisture and the general wear expected in busy back-of-house environments such as staff changing rooms, locker corridors and welfare areas. The red finish makes it straightforward to colour-code areas or departmental sections where multiple locker banks are in use.
