Unlike a standard pass-through dishwasher, this machine is built around the physical scale and soiling levels associated with production cookware, delivering consistent wash results on items that would otherwise demand time-consuming hand-washing or soak cycles.

In a busy kitchen environment, the backlog of soiled pots and trays during and after service is one of the more persistent operational pressures.
