This is a very powerful penetrating formula that easily removes baked on grease etc from commercial ovens even on vertical surfaces as it has been thickened to cling to them Safe to use on stainless steel as well as cast iron and enamel surfaces for a great clean finish. Do not use on aluminium or galvanised metal, and do not apply to hot surfaces.
