In practice, this cabinet performs reliably in environments where the door is opened at a moderate frequency rather than under continuous, high-traffic demand. It is not designed to recover instantly from repeated rapid door openings during a busy service period, so it works best in kitchens where access is controlled and reasonably measured — dry stores supporting prep, breakfast stations, or secondary storage positions rather than front-line hot-side fridges under constant use.

From an operational standpoint, several practical features make day-to-day use straightforward:
