The forced-air refrigeration system keeps temperatures stable throughout the internal space rather than relying on still-air cooling, which helps protect produce quality and supports food safety compliance during busy service periods.

If the unit is to be sited outdoors or in an exposed location, a weather-resistant roof panel is available separately and should be factored into the installation plan. Racking and shelving are not included and will need to be ordered to suit your storage requirements.
