Williams WBCF40-SS 40kg 10 Grid Reach-In Blast Chiller / Freezer

Product No: WBCF40-SS

Product Description

The Williams WBCF40-SS 40kg 10 Grid Reach-In Blast Chiller / Freezer is engineered for maximum efficiency and food quality preservation in professional kitchens. It rapidly chills hot foods from +90°C to +3°C in just 90 minutes, or freezes down to -18°C within 240 minutes, significantly reducing the risks associated with slow cooling. Featuring an advanced AirSmart airflow system, this unit ensures uniform temperature distribution, preventing dehydration and keeping food texture, taste, and aroma intact. Its intuitive 1-2-3 control panel offers easy operation with multiple cycle options—including hard, soft, store, and core probe-controlled modes—with audible alerts to signal completion. Constructed from food-safe stainless steel and insulated with high-density polyurethane, the WBCF40 is built to perform reliably even in ambient temperatures up to 43°C. The self-closing door minimizes heat gain and energy consumption, while natural hydrocarbon refrigerants guarantee an eco-friendly footprint. After each cycle, it seamlessly switches to storage mode to maintain ideal conditions until products are ready for storage or use. This blast chiller/freezer combines durability, performance, and efficiency to meet demanding catering needs with confidence.
