Product Description
The EAIS patisserie trolley range is purpose-built for bakery and pastry kitchen environments where organised, space-efficient tray storage is essential. Constructed throughout in stainless steel with a fully welded tubular frame, these trolleys are designed to hold standard 600 x 400mm trays securely during proofing, resting, cooling, or transit between kitchen areas.
In a working pastry section or production bakery, having the right number of tray tiers to hand makes a practical difference to workflow. The range covers 7, 10, 15, and 20-tier configurations, and is available in both high-level and low-level formats. The low-level units come fitted with a solid worktop, making them useful as a preparation surface as well as a storage unit. Both formats run on 125mm castors with bumpers as standard, so they can be moved safely around the kitchen without damaging equipment or wall surfaces.
Key practical features worth noting:
- Welded stainless steel tray slides retain trays securely during movement
- Retaining edges to front and rear of each slide prevent tray slip
- 125mm castors with bumpers allow safe manoeuvring in tight kitchen spaces
- Low-level variant includes a solid stainless steel worktop
- Fully welded construction simplifies cleaning and reduces dirt traps
These trolleys are well suited to bakeries, hotel pastry kitchens, and high-volume catering operations where consistent tray handling is part of the daily routine. The low-level format works particularly well where bench-height access is preferred or where the trolley needs to double as a staging surface. For very large production facilities moving significantly higher volumes of trays, a heavier-duty or higher-capacity configuration may be more appropriate.
If you are unsure which tier count or format best fits your workflow and available floor space, we are happy to talk through the options with you before you commit to an order.

Frequently Asked Questions
- The high-level trolley maximises vertical storage and is best suited where floor space is limited and you need to store a large number of trays in a compact footprint. The low-level version is better where bench-height access is preferred, or where you want the integrated worktop to serve as a staging or resting surface alongside the tray storage.
- The tray slides are designed for standard 600 x 400mm patisserie trays, which is the most commonly used format across bakery and pastry production environments. If you are working with a different tray format, it is worth confirming compatibility before ordering.
- These trolleys are generally used for tray storage, resting, and movement between kitchen areas rather than as dedicated proofing or blast-chill equipment. That said, they work well as holding trolleys before or after those processes, provided the environment they are used in is compatible with standard stainless steel construction.
