Victor BL100H2 Banquetline 100 Heated Banquet Cabinet

Product No: BL100H2

Product Description

The Victor BL100H2 Banquetline 100 is a British-made heated banquet cabinet designed for holding and transporting plated meals and gastronorm pans at consistent serving temperatures. It is built for the demands of professional banqueting operations, hotel kitchens, event catering, and large-scale service environments where food needs to be held safely for extended periods before being plated or served.

In a busy service environment, maintaining food temperature across a large volume of covers is one of the more demanding challenges a kitchen faces. The Banquetline 100 is engineered around that reality. Its two-door configuration is a practical advantage over single-door equivalents — opening one side to retrieve meals does not expose the entire cabinet to heat loss, which matters considerably when service is staggered or the cabinet is accessed repeatedly over a long period. The unit holds up to 108 plated meals on 10-inch plates, making it well suited to banqueting rounds of 100 covers or more when paired with additional units.

From an operational standpoint, the BL100H2 offers a number of practical advantages:

  • Integral water reservoir supports moist heat holding, helping prevent food from drying during extended hold periods
  • Digital temperature display and microprocessor control allow straightforward monitoring and adjustment during service
  • Factory-set operating temperature with operator-adjustable range gives flexibility across different menu requirements
  • Heavy-duty castors with braking wheels provide stability during transport and holding
  • Robust bumper rail, strong door latches, and adjustable hinges are built for the rigours of repeated daily use

The cabinet operates from a standard 13-amp supply and is supplied with a moulded plug on a curly cord with a plug park, so it is ready to use without any specialist electrical installation. It is mounted on 150mm castors, making it suitable for movement between kitchen, staging area, and service floor. That said, consideration should be given to access routes, service lift dimensions, and floor surfaces when planning positioning and movement.

The BL100H2 is particularly well suited to hotels, conference venues, banqueting halls, and event caterers regularly handling large plated service. For smaller operations or lower cover counts, a more compact unit in the Banquetline range may be more appropriate; for very high-volume or multi-round banqueting, running multiple units in parallel is common practice.

If you are working out how many units you need for a specific cover count or service format, the team is happy to talk through your operation before you order.
