The Kubus KAMG3 is a drop-in ambient display gantry designed to sit on top of a service counter and present chilled or ambient food and drink at multiple levels. It accommodates three full 1/1 GN positions across its 1150mm width and features two toughened glass shelves that allow customers to view and access products without staff assistance. A flat glass sneeze screen runs along the front, and the unit is fitted with diffused internal lighting to keep displayed items visible and well presented during service. The light switch is positioned at the end of the gantry for straightforward access. Construction is polished aluminium and stainless steel, and the unit mounts to the countertop using the included post fixing plates and bolts. GN containers are sold separately.

In a busy self-service environment — cafés, staff restaurants, grab-and-go operations, and food-to-go counters — this type of gantry does a practical job of organising and protecting counter-level displays without requiring a dedicated refrigerated unit. Because it operates at ambient temperature, there are no electrical connections, no refrigerant circuits, and no drainage requirements, which simplifies installation considerably. For higher-volume or wider counter runs, larger capacity models in the Kubus range may be worth considering.
