The HOT18BM is thermostatically controlled throughout, which means operators can dial in a stable heat level and trust it to hold across a full service period. The bain marie top accommodates full and fractional GN pans, making it practical for holding sauces, gravies, vegetables, and portioned dishes simultaneously.
- Five perforated internal shelves, each supplied in three sections for manageable cleaning
