The Hatco DL-750-CL is a decorative radiant heat lamp designed to hold food at serving temperature at kitchen pass-throughs, waitress pickup stations, carving stations, and customer-facing servery points. Unlike undercounter or enclosed holding equipment, it delivers warmth from above, keeping plated dishes and carved meats at an acceptable serving temperature during the period between preparation and collection.

In practice, these lamps are most commonly found at front-of-house carving stations, hotel buffet serveries, and busy restaurant passes where maintaining food temperature without compromising presentation is important. The radiant heat approach means dishes stay warm without drying out as quickly as in enclosed holding units, which is a relevant consideration for service environments where food may sit briefly before being collected.

The DL-750-CL is finished in black and is typically held in stock with a fixed cord length of approximately 1,168mm from ceiling rose to base of shade.
