Designline AMG4 Drop-In Ambient Multi-Level Display Gantry

The Designline AMG4 is a counter-mounted ambient display gantry designed to present food and drink at the point of service. Built around an elliptical aluminium and stainless steel frame, it carries two toughened glass shelves, a curved glass sneeze screen, and integrated diffused lighting in a single self-contained unit. It sits above the countertop rather than being recessed into it, which makes it a practical choice for operators who want a structured, illuminated display without committing to a full counter rebuild.

In service, the gantry keeps ambient products — packaged sandwiches, pastries, cold drinks, confectionery — visible, accessible, and protected from customer contact below the sneeze screen. The diffused lighting improves product presentation without harsh hotspots, which helps displayed items look consistent throughout the day. The two-tier layout makes good use of the available counter width, giving a reasonable run of display space without pushing into the customer zone or cluttering the servery.

At 40kg the unit is manageable for two people to position and fix, though it is worth checking that the counter structure is suitable to bear the load before mounting. GN containers are not included.

The AMG4 is well suited to cafés, sandwich bars, staff restaurants, and grab-and-go retail counters where ambient self-service display is needed without refrigeration. It works best where products have a defined service window and are rotated regularly through the day.
