The Hobart Bonnet Minijet Twin is a stacked dual-cavity combi oven that fits two independent six-grid chambers into a 525mm-wide footprint. Each cavity runs convection, steam, or combination modes entirely independently of the other, allowing different dishes, temperatures, and cooking programmes to run simultaneously without either chamber affecting the other.
