The Designline drop-in chilled deli serve-over is a refrigerated display unit designed to sit flush within a countertop, presenting chilled food to customers whilst keeping it at safe holding temperatures throughout service. The elliptical gantry profile, polished stainless steel and aluminium construction, and full-height curved toughened glass give it a clean, considered appearance suited to front-of-house environments where presentation matters alongside performance.

In practical service terms, the unit holds food core temperatures consistently across a full service period. The underslung condensing unit — ventilated via the supplied air grills fitted into the countertop — keeps the refrigeration components out of the way and the working area uncluttered. The integral condensate evaporator removes the need for a drain connection, which simplifies installation considerably in many counter configurations. At 63.8 dB, it is worth factoring noise level into placement decisions if the unit will sit in a quieter front-of-house or retail setting.
