The Kubus KAG4 is a worktop-mounted ambient display gantry designed for self-service food and drink presentation. It sits over a countertop run and accommodates four full 1/1 GN pans, presenting ambient food — salads, cold starters, pastries, chilled beverages and similar items — in a clean, organised line for customers to serve themselves. The gantry does not provide temperature control; it is designed to display food held at ambient or pre-chilled temperatures, not to actively chill or heat.

In service, the unit is well suited to high-traffic self-service environments where countertop presentation needs to be both accessible and hygienic. The flat glass sneeze screen runs the length of the display, keeping food protected without restricting customer access. Diffused overhead lighting lifts the presentation of the displayed items without harsh shadows, which is particularly useful in darker servery areas or where ambient light is low. The light switch is positioned at the end of the gantry for practical in-service access.

The polished stainless steel and aluminium construction keeps the unit presentable through busy service periods and wipes down quickly between services. Practical operational benefits include:
