The Scotsman AF127 is a self-contained flake ice machine designed for continuous commercial use. It produces soft, pliable flake ice and stores a working reserve within a single unit, removing the need for a separate storage bin. Flake ice packs tightly around produce, chills product contact surfaces quickly, and disperses efficiently in blended drinks — making it a practical choice for food display, fish and seafood counters, bar operations, and certain food production or healthcare environments.
