It provides a chilled, illuminated display well for prepared foods, deli produce, sandwiches, and similar refrigerated items in an assisted service environment. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which carries a lower global warming potential than many conventional refrigerants and can contribute to reduced running costs over time.
In a busy service counter setting, this unit holds a consistent temperature range that keeps food within safe core temperature requirements throughout a full service period. The elliptical gantry houses diffused lighting that presents food clearly without harsh shadows, and an eye-level digital temperature display with a lockable control panel gives staff and supervisors straightforward oversight of operating conditions.
