The single-brewer configuration is designed for sites that need reliable, consistent output from one brewer position, with the option to serve from thermal carafes or via direct draw depending on the server used.

In a working kitchen or café environment, the DBC system allows brewing parameters to be set and held consistently across every shift, removing the variability that comes with manual adjustment.
