It accepts a 500x500mm rack, handles up to 18 standard dinner plates per load, and can turn around up to 40 racks per hour — giving most operators a practical throughput of around 500 or more plates per hour during a full service.

In practice, the C500 performs well in kitchens where the dishwasher runs continuously through a lunch or dinner service. The rinse booster pump maintains water pressure and temperature at the rinse stage, which is where many cheaper machines fall short. The result is consistently clean, spot-free crockery without operators having to intervene or re-run loads. The double-skinned construction keeps noise levels reasonable in open or semi-open kitchen environments.

From an operational standpoint, the C500 offers several features that make day-to-day use straightforward:
