The Williams Jade HJC2-SA is a two-door under-counter refrigerator built for busy commercial kitchen environments. Williams has fitted the Jade with their CoolSmart Controller, which uses a capacitive touch display rated to IP55 — meaning it handles condensation and surface moisture without issue. The front-breathing refrigeration system is a notable design decision: because all airflow is managed from the front, the unit does not require clearance gaps at the sides or rear. In kitchens where space is measured carefully, this can make a genuine difference to how the counter fits into an existing run.
